FBA prep problems we solve

Inventory is ready to move. The shipment is not ready to receive.

Fulfillment centers expect units, cartons and pallets to arrive prepared according to the shipment workflow. A missing label, incorrect count or incomplete prep step can delay receiving or create inbound defects.

The problem

Units are missing FNSKU labels or existing barcodes may scan incorrectly.

The risk: inventory may be delayed, misidentified or require correction before it can be received.

Load Fix response

Apply customer-supplied unit labels to the approved scope.

We match the provided label files to the SKU list, confirm quantities and apply labels according to the written work order.

The problem

Products require polybagging, bubble protection, bundling or another prep step.

The risk: units can arrive damaged or fail the preparation requirement assigned to the SKU.

Load Fix response

Prepare units from the supplied marketplace instructions.

Product type, required prep category, materials and unit count are reviewed before labor and material pricing is approved.

The problem

Carton contents, weights, dimensions or FBA box ID labels do not match the shipment plan.

The risk: receiving delays, shipment discrepancies, additional handling or inbound defect fees.

Load Fix response

Recount, repack and label cartons to the approved plan.

We work from the customer's box-content information and label files, then document the cartons included in the completed scope.

The problem

An LTL or FTL shipment is not palletized and labeled for the scheduled handoff.

The risk: the carrier cannot complete the appointment or the fulfillment center may refuse noncompliant freight.

Load Fix response

Coordinate carton, pallet and outbound preparation.

Pallet type, carton count, wrap, supplied pallet labels, BOL information and pickup timing are confirmed before release.

Important: the seller remains responsible for the accuracy of shipment data, product eligibility and marketplace requirements. Acceptance is determined by the receiving fulfillment center.

A documented prep scope

Tell us exactly what the marketplace requires for each SKU.

FBA preparation is not one universal service. Unit labeling, packaging, carton information and pallet requirements depend on the product and the shipment created in the customer portal.

Load Fix Logistics works from customer-supplied instructions and label files. We confirm the inventory count, requested prep, materials, receiving method and outbound deadline before work begins.
